The best way to clean a plastic tablecloth on shabbos would be to spill some water on the plastic, rub the spots lightly to dislodge the dried juice etc. and then wipe it with paper towels. Wiping it with a moist paper towel can be problematic because if you apply pressure when trying to dislodge what is stuck on the tablecloth, you will be squeezing the paper towel.
It should be noting that this is only for a plastic tablecloth and not for a cloth one. Spilling water on a cloth tablecloth is Mileches Milabain, and therefore we would do that at all.
