Answer:
It is controversial if women should hear parsha zochor without a minyan or not. According to some poskim women should hear Parshas Zochor with a minyan of men, however a number of communities read it for women even if there isn’t a minyan of men there. According to some poskim if it is’t the minhag in your community then it shouldn’t be started, and the women should hear it together with the men.
