Hello, If one ate an entire box of granola bars (because they are very small packs) –I think comes out to be about 3.4 ounces, would it count as bread? What if it were even more? Would granola bites (in the shape of circles) ever count as bread?

No, they never count as bread, as they are not made into flour. Therefore they are not bread like.
