At our chuppah, one of the eidei kiddushin was the husband of the shadchan and brother of the missader kiddushin. Would there be a problem of nogeiah b'davar thereby passuling him as an eid?
Married for 10 years B"H, just curious.

L'halacha a shadchan that ws an eid is still kosher. Thereis an chumra not to us a shadchan, but if he was used the kiddushin is valid. Especially in your case that the husband wasn't the shadchan.
