Regarding dessert at the Passover seder. It is bracha shehakol (kosher for Pesach cupcakes, cakes, etc). Should we make a shehakol after the meal before the dessert is served, or have the dessert in mind when making hamotzi on matzah? Thank you

You should make a shehakol before you eat the desert, as a shehakol desert is not exempted with the beracha of hamotzie.
