Yes. Although a person should preferably not learn Chumash at night (Be'er Haitev O:CH 238:2, Sha'ar Hatzion 238:1), there is no problem to learn Chumash with a commentary at night (Yesod Ve'shoresh Ha'avodah Sha'ar 6 Perek 2).
