May a lady wear a “leaf/ vine” motif jewelry, or would this be prohibited because of graven image? (It would be worn to beautify, with kosher intent). Thank you. Chag sameah
Answer:
It is permitted to wear a piece of jewelry even if it has an image on it, as long as it is not an image that is worshipped. The prohibition not to make images is only an image of celestial beings, or people, which is not the case here.
