Thank you for your help. Regarding someone who is showing no signs of the corona virus, may they interact socially for “non emergency” tasks such as going to the hair salon if this will help their emotional health (and also they will plan to wear a mask when appropriate). Per halacha, may a person go to these types of places as long as they use reasonable safety precautions…? Thank you

It is hard to give a specific answer to corona questions, because it depends on the locality that you are in, and the local rules, and because things are constantly changing. If you have antibodies or have been vaccinated then it should not be an issue.
