I own a $8,000 artistic statue of something that looks like a Hindu female avodah zarah. I’m not sure if it is an AZ or just a statue of a Hindu lady. I want to know if I’m allowed to sell it, I don’t want it in my house. Should I ask an expert if it’s a Hindu AZ or can I just sell it?

You should find out if it is indeed an avoda zara or not. If it is an avoza zara, it may not be sold, and you may not have any benefit from it. Additionally, we may not sell an avoda zara to a gentile, because we are assisting him in his idol worship.
