Kavod HaRav,
A dry challah cover that is used with meat meals was put on a lightly wet/damp fabric that may have been wet from some dairy that leaked on it (I am not sure the mark was even dairy, and it was very lightly damp). May I continue to use the challah cover with Shabbat meat meals?

Answer:
Yes you may use the challah cover by future Shabbos meals, because the cover only got some cold moisture, which will not be a nissue if it touches te dry cold challah. Just wipe off the cover from any dampness.
