Hello Rabbi,
This topic is a bit uncomfortable, but I experienced a bit of an abnormal discharge (which I think might fall under the category of zav) and I was wondering if any of those Halachos apply in our day. Should I go to a mikva or something?

Thank you for your question.
The halachos of zav unfortunately don’t apply nowadays, because they only apply regarding the tuma and tahara (spiritual purity) and nowadays we are all considered unclean because of contact with dead people, and the fact that we don’t have the para aduma (red heifer). Nevertheless, it is a good idea for you to go to the mikva, because it adds to a person’s overall tahara.
