Is there a problem on Shabbos of opening the plastic around a popsicle/ice pop on Shabbos and keeping it on while having it? Is this considered making a Pesach Yafe on Shabbos?

There is controversy about opening a popsicle, or ice pop on Shabbos. Some poskim say that it is permitted since the wrapper is only staying there until you finish the ices and then getting thrown out. Others say that it is considered making a kli, and that the wrapper has to be opened in a way that it gets destroyed. Other however say that if the wrapper isn’t opened in a nice way, such as with one’s teeth, that it is permitted.
