Hi I'm wondering what the halacha is regarding a man tweezing his eyebrows if it is a problem of lo silbash, although in this particular situation it is not to look beautiful, rather because it is embarrassing to have a unibrow.

If it is indeed done to avoid embarrassment and not in order to beautiful then it is permitted.
