Question:
May one say Asher Yatzar facing a bathroom if the door of the bathroom is open and you can see in?
Answer:
Thank you for your question.
There are different opinions about this. According to R’ Moshe Feinstein zt”l it is permitted, however he says that it is preferable that a shul be built in a way that those davening won’t see inside the bathroom while they daven. Others say that one should preferable not say a bracha when he can see inside, and if the person closes his eyes when saying the bracha it is permitted.
