Online Purchase that wasn’t delivered

Question:

I purchased an item from Walmart online. (The item was being sold by a third party who is a seller on Walmart’s website.) Although the item showed the tracking status “delivered”, I hadn’t received it. I contacted Walmart who issued a refund. Several weeks later the item was delivered. I contacted Walmart again to inquire what to do with the item (I had already received a refund). They told me they would contact the seller to have them send a prepaid shipping label to use to return the item, however I never received it. What am I required to do with the item? (It’s value is about $20.) Thank you.

 

Answer:

Wait a few weeks, until it is reasonable time for them to send the label. If they don’t send it by then and you can assume that they indeed won’t send the label anymore, you can use the item.
