My daughter is getting married in afew weeks. She is marrying a bachur from Bais Medrash Govoha and will be living in Lakewood. Can the expenses for her apartment be paid with maaser? (Rent, furniture etc) … We are struggling

Mazal Tov. You should have much nachas from the new couple, and they should be zoche to build a bayis neeman b’Yisroel.
A person that is struggling and doesn’t have enough for their own expenses, may not be obligated to give maaser, and might even be able to accept tzedakah from others. Having said that, the rule with paying for a child’s wedding expenses from maser would depend if he person obligated himself to do so or not. If the person did not obligate himself to pay for these things, then he may use maser money for it, if he doesn’t have enough of his own money. However, after he already obligated himself with a written agreement, he can’t use maaser money, because it is using maser for one’s personal obligations. It is important for people marrying off their children to specify before they talk to the mechutanim, or obligate themselves, that they have the right to use maaser money to help pay for the expenses.
Hashem should send you an abundance of parnossa, and you should have the money to marry off all your children easily.
