Hello, we cooked a covered liquid meat pot in our pareve oven . We think since it was covered, that the oven remains pareve, but wanted to confirm. Is the oven still pareve or did it become fleishig?
Under the assumption that the pot remained covered, nothing leaked out while it was cooking and the bottom of it was dry, then yes, the oven is still pareve. This is not a good habit, and even if you will use the oven for meaty things it would need its own meaty rack.
