We may kasher a number of utensils together, even if they are touching each other, as long as they are not pressed against each other with pressure, in a way that the hot doesn’t reach in between the things, i.e. a pile of dishes. This is provided that the person waiting 24 hours from the time that the utensil was used, in order that the taste that exits it will be eino ben yomo. This being the case, as soon as the taste leaves the utensil it cannot make anything else trief.
