As a follow up question Re graven images, may a person wear jewelry with a butterfly/ butterflies on it? (I do not know if anyone in the world worships this, therefore making it prohibited?)

Answer:
It is permitted to wear such jewelry. The only images we cannot wear are one’s of celestial beings, or images that are clearly an avoda zara. Being that we not wearing the butterflies for any other reason except beauty.
