I am very worried about a situation that happened on Yom Kippur. I don’t remember the exact language but I accidentally verbalized something to the effect of: I would/I want to have a day like Yom Kippur which is totally dedicated to hashem everyday. I am very worried about this, is this a neder?

This does not seems to be a neder, because you didn’t say that you are going to make every day into a day like Yom Kippur, rather that you want it. Saying that you will do a mitzva is, wanting however is not a neder.
