I like a clean car. My head is clearer to do things when I clean the car. I won’t wash my car on chol hamoed, but I just want to clean dirt off the windows and car exterior/interior with a rag and some window liquid cleaner. May it be done by me?

Although it may not be in the spitir of Yom Tov, technically there is no prohibition against washing a car on Chol Hamoed.
