I sometimes notice in the bathroom my last knot of my tzitzis is loose I am wondering if I can tighten while in the bathroom
Also on shabbos occasionally my Tallis or tzitzis could get loose
A. Can I wear it like that on Shabbos
B. Can I tighten on Shabbos
If not what about if it’s really loose and just don’t want it to fall apart can I pull the knot a little closer so doesn’t fall apart fully?

You are allowed to tighten the last knot even when you are in the bathroom.
If the end of the last knot became loose the tzitzis are still kosher and may be worn on Shabbos. You should however be very careful not to tighten the last knot of the tzitzis, because that is a kesher shel kayama, a permanent knot and may not be tied or tightened on Shabbos. Tightening the second knot when it is far away, and moving it a bit closer isn’t really going to help us here, and you should wait to do it until after Shabbos.
Regarding doing it in the bathroom, although when tightening the last knot it is sufficient to merely think that it is being done lishma, there is still a preference to saying it . Therefore there is a preference to wait until one is out of the bathroom to say it.
