Th answer to your question depends on what you mean by “fleishig salt”. If you mean from a salt shaker that is usually used or fleishig meals, which might have a very small amount of meat residue in it, then you may eat it with cheese, as whatever meat might be there is botil and insignificant. The reason being is that the minute amount of meat residue in there will not render the potatoes fleishig. However, if the salt is fleishig because chicken gravy spilled into it then it should not be eaten together with cheese.
