A meat pirex bowl covered in meat sauce, and metal dairy spoons, and a plastic dairy serving spoon, were put into a metal dairy pot that was covered in parve pasta sauce, then warm soapy water was added. It was noticed right away, and every thing was washed with cold water. What do I do now? Does every thing need to be kashered?

Assuming that both of the sauces were not hot, the dishes do not need to be kashered. This is because the water was only warm and not hot (i.e. the water was less than 113 degrees Fahrenheit), and the dishes did not soak for 24 hours.
