I bought some white shirts from a Chassid. Regular men’s shirts have the buttons on the right side, and button holes on the left. Regular woman’s blouses have the buttons on the left and holes on the right. Chassidic men’s shirts are buttoned like regular women’s blouses. Can a non Chassid wears a Chassidish men’s shirt which is buttoned like a regular women’s blouse? Is it like wearing a woman’s garment for a non Chassid?

If it is fine for a chassid, it is fine for a non- chassid. The reason it is permitted for a Chassid is because it is a shirt meant for men to wear, regardless of the way it buttons, therefore it is the same for a non- Chassid.
