What should someone do after using the bathroom after chafifa? Should she shower or wash to clean that area again? Would any feces be considered a chatziza, or something small or sticky would be considered not makpid if she wiped normally?

If there is fecal matter left there it would be a chatzitza, however if you wipe yourself normally, or with a baby wipe that would be sufficient, and you don’t have to be concerned after that.
