Hello
If I use my business card to point and keep the place while I learn does the business card get some sort of kedusha and I won’t be able to hand it out anymore?
If yes would a tannai help?

The business card does not have any kedusha, for two reasons.
The first reason is because tashmishei kedusha that were only servicing the sefer on a temporary basis, are not considered shaimos since they were not designated for this purpose on a permanent level. It is for this reason that the plastic bag used to bring the sefer home from the seforim store, an envelope used to send a dvar torah in the mail, or the paper wrapping on a sefer given as a present does not need to go into shaimos.
Even if the first reason wouldn’t apply, the second reason is because the business card is not servicing the sefer, rather it is servicing the person learning in the sefer. Therefore. it is not considered a part of the sefer and isn’t tachmishie kedusha. Additionally, since the card is not attached to the sefer it is not tashmeishi kedusha. It is for this reason that a placemark is not shaimos, since it isn’t attached to the sefer.
