Emailing forwarding when all involved are Observant

Question:

B”H
Kavod haRav,
Thank you sincerely for your help.
An employee confirmed to me via email that I had a credit on file. The supervisor would like confirmation of this credit, and the credit may be shown as valid if the email sent to the customer is forwarded to the supervisor. (The employee was simply stating in the email that the company policy at that time was to give a credit/ and the supervisor simply wants confirmation. All parties are acting in good faith) May the customer forward the employee email to their supervisor so that they may claim their credit on file? Would this action transgress any halacha?

Thank you. Shabbat Shalom and Chodesh Tov.

Answer:

Hello,

It seems fine, because the employee is helping the customer get what is owed to him.

Best wishes
