I like to dilute my kiddush wine, which contains about 13% vol alcohol. with some water in order to make it not so strong (less alcohol). Which is the limit of water to be added?

It is hard to give an exact amount, because this depends on the strenght of the wine etc. Why don’t you just dilute the wine with grape juice, then you won’t have this issue, and you can dilute it as much as you like.
