Question:
If I only counted the weeks and days of the Omer but not the day of the Omer, (if I counted 3 weeks and 5 days but didn’t say it is the 26th day of the Omer) or vice versa, is the counting valid?

When we count the omer we count the days and the weeks. Therefore, we say both the day 26th day, and the weeks, (3 weeks and five days). If someone forgot to do both he has to make sure to count again, (without a bracha).
If the person didn’t remember until the next day, in both of these instances he would continue counting with a bracha. If however this occurred on the beginning of a week, and he person only said today is one week in the omer, and he didn’t say seven days, then he can’t continue counting with a bracha.
