This morning at shacharis I forgot yole viyavo. I realized at mincha so I said a tashlumim with a tefilas nedava (since I already said mussaf. Then I forgot yale viyavo in my tashlumim. I didn’t repeat shmoneh esrai. What should I do now? (It’s before zman mincha now)

Hello,
Since you forgot yaaleh vyavo in the second Shemona Esrei, you will have to say it again. (The same way you had to say it the first time that you forgot it.) Even if you will get this answer while you can still daven maariv, you will not daven maariv twice. The reason is because the whole reason you have to daven again is because you forgot to say yaaleh vyavo, and by maariv it is no longer Rosh Chodesh, therefore you will not be gaining anything by davening again. Another reason is because it would be making up shacharis at maariv, and we can only make up a tefilloh at the next one. Therefore, we can’t make up shacharis by maariv.

שולחן ערוך אורח חיים סימן קח סעיף ד “אין תשלומין אלא לתפלה הסמוכה בלבד, שאם טעה ולא התפלל שחרית ולא מנחה, מתפלל ערבית שתים: אחרונה לתשלומי מנחה, אבל שחרית אין לה תשלומין, וכן בשאר תפלות.”
