For all mourners, (except a child for a parent) since you already started, sheloshim last Shabbos, Shavuos would take away shloshim and one would be allowed to take a haircut on erev Shavuos. For a parent though, the prohibition not to take a haircut is until the end of the mourning year. Therefore, although you would be finished with shloshim, (regarding showering, laundry and cutting nails) you should still not take a haircut until after 30 days and your friends comment about your long hair. If your friends don’t comment on your long hair, or tell you to take a haircut, then after 3 months it is permitted.
