Who should build a sukkah? Should a certain person do it?
Answer:
There is controversy if the placing of the sechach can be done by some3one who is not obligated in the mitzva, such as gentile women and children. Therefore there is a prefferance that it be done specifically by Jewish adult men. This only applies to the placing of the sechach, but not to the building of the walls.
