Is one allowed to make tzitzis (ie. tie the chutin to the begged) on Chol Hamoed?
And does it make a difference if one has other clean ones or not?
Answer:
Assuming that these tzitzis are for your own personal use, it is permitted. This is even if you have other clean ones
