I was wondering: What is the halachah if someone is a kohen and he has an older sister, and there is two pieces of cake. One bigger than the other. Do we say, there is a mitzvah for the boy to honor his older sister, or perhaps do we say there is a mitzvah of vekidashtoi (I am assuming this only applies to boys) and the older girl should honor her younger brother? Which one comes first?

Hello,
Your older sister is also obligated to honor the kohen, the same way you have to honor him. This is not a mitzva which is for men only. Therefore since boith of you have the obligatin to honor the kohen , he goes first.
