Hello rabbi, I know metal needs to be cleansed and a prayer needs to be said when purchasing it or using it from an unknown source. Do clothes need that same process too? Washing in a mikvah? Or are clothes ok to wear, even from a store?

There is no need to do this to any type of clothing.
