Does batul bshishim apply only to liquids or also to solids?
For example, if a peice of meat may have fallen into a bag of vegetables can I use them to cook with milk?

The halachos of batil b’shishim apply to solids and liquids, however with solids, if the solid is noticeable then it has to be removed. Regarding actually cooking it with milk, I would need to know the exact circumstances in order to answer you.
