Is there a shita by Sephardim to allow saying birkat krias shema after sof zman tefila? If not how about if it is an “ones”?

Hello,
There are opinions that say that it is permitted, the question is what should be done practically. For Sefardim, many go according to the ruling of Horav O. Yosef. It is written in Yalkut Yosef Siman 58-6, that since there is controversy about this, therefore one should not say the brachos after sof zman tefilla, because safek brachos lehakel. Meaning that since according to many poskim, saying the brachos after four hours is a bracha levatal, therefore the rule is that when we have doubt if we should or may say a bracha, we don’t. He writes this even if the person was an ones. The Mishna Berura (see sources) however does write that when one is an “ones” (he was sick) he may rely on the opinions that it may be said until chatzos.

באור הלכה סימן נח סעיף ו ד”ה קוראה בלא ברכותי’ – עיין במ”ב ואף שדעת הפר”ח כדעת הרמב”ם שלא נתן קבע לברכות כבר פסקו רוב האחרונים וכמעט כולן כדעת הרא”ש והטור והשו”ע ועיין בתשובת משכנות יעקב בסי’ ע”ז שדעתו נוטה להכריע בדיעבד עד חצות כמו גבי תפלה דקי”ל לקמן בסימן פ”ט שאם עבר הזמן תפלה אעפ”כ מתפלל עד חצות עיין שם. ואפשר שיש לסמוך ע”ז לענין אם היה לו אונס שלא היה יכול לקרות הברכות עד ד’ שעות כי מצאתי בספר מהרי”ל הלכות תפילה שכתב בשם מהר”ש שהמנהג להקל בנאנס שלא להפסיד הברכות:
