Sometimes I have loose nails, and I’m afraid because sometimes thay scraped off and fall.
Do I have to worry about women stepping on a barely visible piece like in a store ?

If one has loose nails, he should take care of them so that they don’t fall off, as you write. If they did fall off, you have no idea if t it was in a place that women walk or not. Worrying about it now is not really going to help at all. Usually nails do’t fall off, but in the future if you do see a nail that might fall off, take care of it then, to make sure that it is disposed of in the toilet, or burned.
