if someone is thinking of giving tzadakah for someone/something with an amount, but he is in the middle of davening so he can’t give it, later he doesn’t see him anymore, or he forgot to give him, does he have to search for him because he had the solid thought to give him ? thanks

If the person had a serious thought to actually give the money, (and not just “it would be a good idea…”) then he has to give the money to tzedakah. If the person or cause that you wanted to give to is no longer around, or you can’t find him, you can give it to a different tzedakah. If you know what type of tzedakah cause it is, give it to that type of tzedakah.
