The only grain I can properly digest is oats. If I grind oatmeal flakes into a flour and bake it into a loaf, can I make a motzi bracha on it and use it for Shabbat? Thanks,
Can definitely use it for Hamotzei and for Shabbos meals. Any one of the five grains (Wheat, barley, oats, rye , spelt) may be used.
