Can someone store chametz in the freezer and refrigerator over Pesach as long as it is sold to a non-Jew and is wrapped up in bags? It will be wrapped up with 2 bags or more so that no mistakes are made.

The chometz sold to the goy has to be clearly marked that it belongs to the goy, in order not to mix it up with your pesach food. Additionally it should prefferably be separated from everything else with a mechitza, for example to close off that shelf with papaer to separate it from everything else.
