Hi, Can i keep mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salad dressings (items i do not know if they may or may not contain chometz)in a separate bag in one area of the fridge or are they considered just like chometz gomur (ie: bread)

Hello,
The mayonnaise and ketchup are not chometz, but may contain kitnois. Mustard can contain kitnios and sometimes wheat. They are not chametz gamur, but should be sold to the goy. If they are sold, they may be kept in a seperate bag, which is clearly marked that it is sold to the goy, and put in a corner, or prefferably on its own shelf sealed off.
