We keep cholov yisroel, my cousin however doesn’t keep cholov yisroel and is coming with her daughters for shavuot. Is it ok for a cholov yisroel to buy cholov stam for them before shavuot and they can bring cholov stam in my house for shavuot?

If you keep Cholov Yisroel, you should stick to your standard, and you don’t have to compromise your standard, because of your guest, unless there is a specific reason why it is important for you to do so. If your guest wants to bring it into your house, they may, as they do eat it.
