If someone will make mini bagels with challa dough and bake it and take it out from the oven like 10 minutes before its ready to dip it in sugar water will this make it to a mezonos even it was more less ready baked before?



Dipping them into sugar when they are already to eat will not help to make them mezonos however there is another factor here.  How big are the mini bagels? Are they the size that people will usually only eat as a snack or are they just smaller than regular bagels, but would be used as meal food?
