I am a yeshiva bachur and I am trying to help my dad with paying off the tuition money for my yeshiva. I wanted to know if I can make a split-the-pot raffle and use the money from the tickets to pay kids for each ticket they sell. For example, the ticket will cost $25 and I want to tell kids to try and sell tickets for me and for every ticket they sell they will receive $5. Is that allowed.

This is permitted, as the $5 you will be paying each kid for each ticket is part of the expenses, that are incurred in order to raise the money needed.
