Does the minyan say Tachanun when a Chosson is in Shul on the eighth day - the week after the day of the Chuppah - I.e say the Chuppah was on a Tuesday, if he is in shul the next Tuesday does the minyan say Tachanun?
Answer:
The minyan does not say tachanun, when there is a chosson there, if it is within 7 24-hour periods. Meaning that if the chasuna was in the summer, at 7pm, which is before shkiya on Tuesday, even though they cannot make sheva brachos Monday night after shkiya, however on Tuesday by shacharis and Mincha, if it is before the time the chuppah was held, they will not cay tachanun.
