- Although in some circles for a man to sit next to a woman is frowned upon, halachically a man may sit next to a woman (or a woman next to a man) in a car, bus or train if there are no other seats available. If there is another seat, they should sit there instead[1].
- One should not[2] kiss a sister or an aunt, (even if she is his natural aunt, such as his father's (or mother's) sister). Regarding hearing one’s natural aunt sing[3], according to some poskim, it is the same halacha as hearing the singing of a sister.

Understandibly, try not touching her, but there is no issur if you accidently do, as there is no hirhur. No worse than accidentily bumping onto a married woman on a crowded bus or train.

so are you comparing a aunty to a stranger as the same Halacha ?
is she not like your own sister ?
I didn't say she is like a stranger. The person asking was concerned that he might touch her, to which I answered that it would not be worse than a stranger.
