Please can you tell me if one is permitted to buy general items online during the 9 days, however they will only arrive/be used after Tisha B'Av.
More specifically, I need a few replacement parts for my bicycle. In particular a new bell and new grips. These are not needed during the 9 days, however I will need them after the 9 days. These items will only arrive after Tisha B'av.

Hello,
If you need them it is permitted to buy them during the nine days. In general though if it is not needed it is preferred not to purchase things during the nine days, as we try to minimize our business dealings during this period.
