1. Essentially, clothing should be worn before the nine days, and not just thrown on to the floor before wearing them. If they weren’t worn, then the robe and towels should be placed on the floor, not when the floor is all clean, because that would defeat the purpose of putting it on the floor.
2. Numerous poskim say that undergarments, that are meant to absorb sweat do not have to be worn or placed on the floor before they are worn, others say that they should be.
3. It depends on what the sorts are meant for, are they an undergarment to absorb sweat or not?
